We loved the receptionist and their assistance with small details around the premises, arrangement for transport, fridge and details on locality, there is a juice and general store, and you can grab a local breakfirst nearby, ( upi payments work) also Swiggy works, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. They also help to connect with local tour operators ( mangrove etc)
The location does not have room service past morning, there is no in house restraunt

Overall, I had a good stay at Luxe. The property is in a prime location with easy access to nearby places. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and supportive based on our needs.
Areas for improvement: The room is quite small, which may feel a little cramped. The window screen is also very light, so during the daytime, it doesn’t provide much privacy or block the sunlight. Since the property is located on the main ECR road, you can also notice light reflections from outside during the night.
Dedicated parking is available, but it is not in the same building. The parking area is quite congested and could be maintained better in terms of cleanliness.
