Die Unterkunft war in einer super Lage. Toll fande ich den Raum wo man jederzeit frische Handtücher und sonstige Utensilien holen konnte. Und die Zimmer waren leise.
Dir Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können.

Super netjes en een mooie centrale locatie.
Helaas 1 min punt de slaapbank was verschrikkelijk. Het kraakt, piept bij elke beweging. Wij waren met 8 pers. en 2 appartementen geboekt was bij beiden slecht en allemaal slecht geslapen hierdoor.
Voor ons helaas een reden om niet weer te boeken.

The property is well maintained, well designed and is reflective of the pictures in the listing.
While the hotel itself is nice, it was sadly unfit for purpose as we could not sleep in the bedroom. There was an "automatic filtering system" vigorously blowing ice-cold air into the room, despite it being 17 degrees outside. To make matters worse, there were no extra duvets available, and the heating system could not offset this freezing, unpleasant draft. We stayed up until the late hours communicating with Numa’s WhatsApp customer service.
Unfortunately, they offered zero solutions, stating the system cannot be manually adjusted. As a result, our family of four was forced to squeeze onto the sofa bed just to get some sleep.
If you decide to stay here, pack heavy layers. Avoid this property entirely if you travel with children or have a medical condition vulnerable to continuous freezing drafts.
Extremely disappointed by the lack of care and accountability from Numa.
