La propreté, l’agencement de l’appartement qui était très joli, l’accès autonome, la flexibilité de Marc pour l’accès à l’appartement et sa réactivité.
Surtout l’emplacement qui est central, proche des commerces, du shopping, des restaurants, face a plusieurs restaurants/boulangerie pour petit déjeuner, bar à vin,… tout est à proximité. Le parking sous terrain proche est à 450m environ, très pratique.
Bruyant le soir tard et le matin tôt quand nous y étions par les bruits de la rue. À savoir pour ceux que cela dérange.

De eigenaar wat heel erg goed. Hij reageerde snel en behulpzaam. Verder was het een ruim goed ingericht appartement met een hele leuke oude staande klok. Ook was de badkamer heel fi
We hadden uitzicht op een heel leuk pleintje met een leuk café, maar er was laat op de avond wel wat gepraat wat we hoorden met open ramen.

La limpieza, la ubicación y la decoración. Es muy acogedor y además tiene muchas ventanas y tiene ascensor. Muy recomendable!
