مكان جيد ونظيف كما موضح بالصور لكن حدث اكثر من شيء لم أتوقع حدوثة اولا توصلو معي من المنزل قبل وصولي بيوم ليخبروني أنهم سوف يقومون بتبديل محل اقامتي لا التكييف به مشكلة كان مفاجاه سيئه لكن تعمدو اخباري في آخر وقت حتي لا يكون لدي اختيار آخر ثم بعد الاقامه بأسبوع تقريبا. اتي الي شخص آخر في منتصف الليل يخبرني انه قام باستئجار هذه الشقه واتضح انه تعرض لعملية نصب عن طريق أناس اخرين علي ما يبدو بعد ذلك كان لنا حق في استخدام حمام السباحه كما هو متفق عليه وموضح في العقد وايضا علي موقع Booking.com لكن عندما ذهبنا اخبرونا ان حمام السباحه للملاك فقط ولن يسمح لنا بإستخدامه إذا اراد أطفالي لعب كرة القدم يجب علينا دفع 350 جنيه مصري عن كل ساعه كل هذه كانت مفاجآت غير ساره تماما بعد ذلك كل يومين تقريبا يتم قطع الإنترنت وايضاً حوالي اربع مرات حدث اعطال في التكييف المركزي وفي هذا الوقت من السنة ومكان المنزل لا يمكن الجلوس نصف ساعه بدون تكييف حاول استاذ جلال مساعدتنا بكل السبل كل الوقت لكن في النهايه كانت هذه النتيجه

New, modern and clean property located in a pleasant and quiet gated community. The owner was very courteous and provided good checking and checkout directions.
It was spacious for a family of 5 with added bonus of garden and community landscaping.
