This stay was a huge disappointment.
Honestly, this stay was a huge disappointment.
We paid 63,500 CZK (around €2,500) for 7 nights for 3 people, and the overall experience was far from what you would expect at this price level.
First of all, the apartment was cold. The only solution provided by the owner was a small portable heater, which is simply not acceptable for proper accommodation, especially in winter conditions.
The equipment felt extremely outdated, like something from decades ago, and overall very poorly maintained. The bathroom and toilet were badly designed and located right next to the bedroom, so whenever someone used the toilet, everything could be heard and even smelled in the bedroom. Very uncomfortable and honestly quite shocking at this price point.
The third “bed” was not a real bed at all, but an uncomfortable sofa in the living room, which made sleeping quite unpleasant. The kitchen equipment was also very basic and insufficient.
What made it worse was the owner’s attitude – everything seemed completely fine to her, with no effort to acknowledge or improve the situation.
Another issue was the snow. After snowfall, we had to clear the path ourselves from the apartment up to the parking area. The owner simply told us there was a shovel and salt/gravel available and that we should handle it ourselves. Again, not something you expect when paying this kind of money.
Overall, the price-to-value ratio is completely unreasonable. For this amount, we expected a certain level of comfort and service, which was absolutely not delivered.
I would not recommend this place.
For this price, you don’t expect luxury — but you do expect basic standards. Unfortunately, even those were missing.
