The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were attentive. Breakfast was amazing from the little onside cafe. Be aware it's a veg cafe, but the masala dosa was brilliant!
The restaurant food was good.
Although our room was good, some things were not right. The AC didn't work, the toilet seat was broken, the bidet spray was hanging off the wall, and there was no bath mat. There were no cups (we had to ask twice for some as they forgot the first time) and the coffee provided was awful! Tip.. bring your own! to be fair. Reception did offer to change us to another room, but as we were tired, we didn't take them up on the offer.
The restaurant ambience was cold and it smelt of insecticide. The lady who seemed to be in charge, paraded up and down and was quite intimidating. saying that, the food was really nice!
No alcohol is available at this hotel, but you can get a beer.
