Wouldn't stay again.

Was under the impression that breakfast was included. It wasn't, additional fee of $15 ea required.

Had to wait 30min to be let in.

Good location.

The location was close to the Millaa Millaa Falls & not far from town.

I thought there would be breakfast at the B & B. However, the Cafe is now closed. No milk was provided. There were no locks on the shared toilet & bathroom (other people were there). There was no room in the bar fridge for me. The kitchen was not private; I shared it with someone else. There was no hanging space in my twin bed room. No bed side table or lamp. I couldn't work out how to get the free channels & I didn't have an account to watch anything on the TV in the shared dining/kitchenette/lounge room. The Rooster woke me early.

If your looking for a secluded spot, with all the comforts of home, here is your place.

The location was great, everything on the tablelands is very close so it was NOT out of the way.

Couldn't rate anything that I didn't like

Convient access to waterfalls, decent for stop off on your way around the Tablelands!

Lovely area with the beautiful waterfalls near by. The view looked stunning, although a wet day. The design of the bathroom and bedrooms were very quaint and the owner was welcoming. So many little details like extra towels were great. The bed was very clean and comfortable.

Front door wasn’t marked so wasn’t sure which door was an entrance. Silly me, I just walked in, accidentally walked in on someone changing. Would be good to have a prompt on the door to call the owner when you arrive. The cafe is not open, just in case you were needing it to be, and not many options near by so eat before arriving. I did wonder about the surfaces as noted a fair bit of dust and cobwebs. No lock on the bedroom door, therefore left my valuables in my bag or in the car. There use to be a lock so might be in the process of being changed, as the other rooms had a lock. I was given a key for the back door but no guarantee guests will lock it. No kitchen facilitators just in case you are planning to prep a meal, just a little kitchenette bench with kettle, toaster and microwave. Had a bar fridge but small, glad I was the only one using it. Has a sitting area all could access from the room, but cluttered, suggest stripping back to a long couch and reducing the clutter like cushions and magazines.

Unique stay, very friendly welcome. Lovely crisp and clean bedding! Beautiful views

Room had shared bathroom, though we were the only guests so had the area to ourselves. Think there is option of on-suite.
