Les personels sont gentilles et la La réception est excellente. Le projet architectural « L'Hoberge » se distingue par son calme et nous a beaucoup séduits.
Le bâtiment est vétuste, tout comme le mobilier et le linge de toilette. La chambre est propre, mais en raison de son ancienneté, elle donne une impression de saleté. Sans oublier les nombreuses fourmis ; j'en ai même ramené chez moi avec mes bagages. À mon avis, un rafraîchissement s'impose.
Dans une rue d'accès jonchée d'ordures et peu engageante, on peut dire que le lieu est négligé ; après tout, c'est à sa porte que l'on reconnaît une maison.
