Property is excellent, the owner is awesome, staff is very helpful,
Common gym/pool is clean and nice.
There is nothing negative really to say except the location from Alona beach but we knew the distance before booking this property so for us was not a problem

الموقع داخل كمباوند آمن وهادئ مع وجود حراسات.
• أغلب الفلل ملك خاص، ما يعطي خصوصية وهدوء.
• يوجد مسبح مشترك في منتصف الكمباوند يستخدمه السكان.
• الفيلا مؤجرة من مالك خاص، وكانت نظيفة ومرتبة.
• تحتوي على صالة أرضية فيها تلفزيون واشتراك شوتايم.
• مطبخ مفتوح على الصالة مع ثلاجة وفرن.
• دورة مياه في الطابق الأرضي.
• في الطابق العلوي: 3 غرف نوم صغيرة ودورة مياه (غرفتان 3×2 والثالثة 3×3 تقريبًا).
• الأثاث بسيط ومريح.
• يتوفر اتصال إنترنت مجاني داخل الفيلا.
• الفتاة المسؤولة عن الفيلا كانت سريعة في الرد والتجاوب، وتعاونت معنا في كل شيء.
The location is inside a secure and quiet compound with security guards.
• Most of the villas are privately owned, which provides privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
• There is a shared swimming pool in the center of the compound used by the residents.
• The villa is rented from a private owner and was clean and well-maintained.
• It has a ground floor living area with a TV and Showtime subscription.
• An open kitchen is connected to the living room, equipped with a fridge and oven.
• There is a bathroom on the ground floor.
• Upstairs, there are 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom (two rooms about 3×2m, and one about 3×3m).
• The furniture is simple and comfortable.
• Free internet connection is available inside the villa.
• The lady responsible for managing the villa was quick to respond and very helpful.

War gute Lage, Aircon war perfekt, Das Personal hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Habe sich sehr gut gekümmert wenn was war, waren sie sofort da!
Das ganze Gelände sehr dreckig ständig hatte man Kakerlaken überall im Haus. In der Anlage waren Hunderudel die sich Nachts bekämpft haben uns somit laut waren. Und ständig irgendwelche große Insekten im Haus.
