Near to the airport, walking distance only and walking distance from the city. We had a large room with nice balcony with the view of the bay where aircrafts are coming to land. You hear them as well of course. Fridge in the room, with a nice bottle of Greek white wine and water in it. Water boiler prepared. But you gotta buy your coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc. No cooking option in the room. Not needed as restaurants are along the walkway to the city. Hair dryer, iron, iron board prepared too. Nice clean bedding and towels. You get small shower creams as well. Aourel and Marisol are lovely people, very kind and helpful. Yepp, and there are cats everywhere the island and of course around the house. Just like swans at the shore and I think I heard roosters as well before sunrise. Overall a very nice experience for Skiathos lovers! Not suitable for honeymoon as things can be heard through. ;)

Hospitality was great, felt like home. The view is absolutely stunning, very close to the city centre, but outside the noisy tourists, private parking which is super convenient. Absolutely recommend. The rooms are new and clean, and you should book the sea view rooms.

The location is great, very close to Skiathos chora, with a beautiful view, and the room itself was spacious with plenty of tables and wardrobe space.
Housekeeping was regular, with daily cleaning, towels changed every other day and sheets every four days, although the quality of the cleaning could have been better. There was still sand on the floor when we arrived.
Unfortunately, overall the stay was not as comfortable as expected. The kitchenette was poorly arranged, with the dishes stored at the bottom of the same cupboard as the rubbish bin. The bathroom had a tiny sink, no shelf or storage space at all, and the open shower meant water ended up all over the floor.
A big issue was the AC setup. Electricity only worked when the room card was inserted, meaning the AC had to be completely off whenever we left. On a Greek island in the middle of summer, with the sun heating the room all day, we would return to an extremely hot room and then have to wait a long time for it to cool because the AC itself wasn’t particularly powerful. It also switched off as soon as the balcony door was opened, so you couldn’t even air the room for a few minutes while keeping it running. I understand the intention is to save energy, but in this type of accommodation it significantly affected our comfort.
