Avoid Noclegi Renters – stressful experience, poor accommodation, and misleading handling of our booking.

The sea view from the lounge was lovely, and the apartment was within walking distance of the beach

The entire experience with Noclegi Renters was horrific. Shortly before our arrival, Noclegi Renters informed us that the apartment we had booked through Booking.com was no longer available. We were instructed to cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay again directly to Noclegi Renters for a replacement apartment. This meant we lost the protection and support of our original Booking.com booking. The replacement apartment was far from the location we had originally chosen and was in a very poor state of repair. It had loose, broken floor tiles that were dangerous to walk on, no hot water, and a refrigerator that smelled rancid and did not work. We immediately reported these issues, but were told that if we wanted to move to another apartment, we would have to pay for yet another booking. After many hours on the phone with both Booking.com and Noclegi Renters, we were eventually relocated to the very apartment we had originally booked through Booking.com—the same apartment that Noclegi Renters had initially told us was unavailable. Unfortunately, even this apartment had significant problems. There was no lighting in either of the two bedrooms, and construction work was taking place directly above the apartment. We were woken at around 7:00 a.m. every morning by loud building noise that continued throughout the morning. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience that consumed a large part of our family holiday. I would not recommend booking with Noclegi Renters based on our experience

Plac budowy z ładnym widokiem.

Bliskość do plaży, widok z okien

Dobre

Duże mieszkanie z balkonami i widokiem na miasto. Czysto, dostępne ręczniki, sprawny meldunek.

W okresie zimowym było niestety zimno.

Pod Płowcami

Widok z okna mega 😍 blisko plaży. Do dworca i molo też niedaleko. Cisza i spokój wyposażenie ponad przeciętne podstawowe rzeczy plus piekarnik żelazko deska do prasowania koc. Polecam
