The apartment is very well located in an enjoyable district of the Old Town - drinks and tapas at Bar Europa at the end of the street are recommended. It is spacious and very stylishly furnished, with a comfortable bed. It has a full kitchen although we didn't cook meals (there is no table to eat at).
Style over substance! For example, the bathroom looks stylish, but is actually dim-lit and lacks an extractor fan so it steams up fast (it also features a huge fake plant that makes the space rather less useable). The touch-sensitive bedside lamps looked nice but they had zero battery-charge... so in reality, the bedroom just lacked lamps.
Being on the ground floor right by the entry door, it is very loud with other residents coming and going, doors slamming etc. Inconveniently, there is no facility to leave luggage (the manager is not on site, we never met him, only sent whatsapps), so you will need to go into the city and pay for a locker service to secure your bags before departure.

Excellent location in the heart of the old city, walkable to all prominent places
Located in a quiet alley so no outdoor noise though some guests returning late can be a little loud.
Comfortable apartment and the sofa bed was very comfy too.

Bel appartement, assez vaste, propre, avec de beaux équipements : salle de bain ++, chambre confortable, cuisine bien équipée
Appartement au rez de chaussée, près de la porte d'entrée très sonore. On est réveillé à chaque fois de qqun entre, ce qui est fréquent les nuits de week-end. La cuisine est belle et bien équipée, mais il n'y a pas de table pour les repas. Etrange et gênant. De nombreux voyageurs sont fait cette remarque. Par ailleurs il n'y a pas de lampes de chevet.
A l'arrivée, il a fallu appeler pour recevoir le code de la boite à clé.
Bref l'appartement est beau et très bien situé, mais nous n'avons pas été très satisfaits de ce séjour.
