* The room was clean and comfortable. * The WiFi was fast and provided good coverage throughout the room. * The transfer from the Tana center was seamless, and communication with Yves was excellent.

* The food was quite expensive, ranging from 46K to 53K for a main meal. * The portion size of the main meal was relatively small. * We were advised to leave the accommodation at 06:20, despite our flight departing at 08:40 and the airport being only a 10-minute drive away. This was excessively early, considering the limited size of the domestic terminal. * The room was infested with mosquitoes, and a mosquito net was not installed. We managed to eliminate approximately seven mosquitoes, but more remained. * There was significant confusion regarding our booking and the included massages. The staff was unaware of the number and duration of massages included in our booking. We had to verify that it was one 60-minute massage per person. * We requested that our massages be scheduled for the evening, as we anticipated arriving late from Andasibe that day. During our pickup by Yves at approximately 16:30, it was mentioned that the massage provider was already at the accommodation and that we should take it upon our arrival. We had not yet had lunch, so we were also quite hungry. As there was only one massage provider, we agreed to first give the massage to my wife, then have dinner on-site (as the massage provider also requested a break in between), and finally give me the massage. After the first massage and just before dinner, they abruptly informed us that a massage was not possible after having dinner, after which I declined receiving any further massages. * During checkout, they informed us that the room rate was 228,050 AR plus 110,000 AR for the one-hour massage. This is precisely the 338,050 AR that the original booking.com offer was including two 1h massages, but we only received one massage at the end. They declined to offer a price reduction and instead stated that they would clarify this matter with their supervisor. * Breakfast is strictly served from 06:30. They were unable to accommodate a take-away breakfast, as our flight departed at 08:40.
