Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. It is a bit far from the city and the beach (about 800m), on a hill, but the view and comfort are worth the effort. The cleaning lady was very pleasant and tried to make our stay pleasant (extra towels, sheets.... that we had to change often due to the heat/humidity)
I have been vacationing in Greece for more than 30 years and I know very well that people don't come here for the luxurious accommodation, but for the incredible nature/sea, food and hospitable Greeks. I have never been bothered by the chipped tiles, creaky windows, beds, dusty shelves...it's just the way it is and I come back to it every year. However, when in a two-room apartment of over 60m that is on the top floor and exposed to the sun all day long you have one air conditioner that barely cools, another that sprays water on the bed, a fan that stopped working after two days (probably because we had to run it 24/7), windows and doors without a single mosquito net...it is simply cruel and shows a complete lack of care. Not to mention the three-legged dining chair (you had to adjust the 4th one before using it to avoid falling down), 3 coffee cups (apartment for 4 persons), a parasol on a stand that sways left and right...
The humidity in Lakka is high, sleeping in those conditions is practically impossible despite 4 mosquito repellents on 24/7 and constant sweating. The fact is that we did not report this to the apartment owner. We simply did not want to have a full apartment of craftsmen on vacation because the above is not something that can be fixed in a day but requires replacement (the air conditioners are practically gray and are at least 15 years old).
The pool is a special story. The water in it is so acidic that your fingers and toes turn completely white after 10-15 minutes of use. When you accidentally get a little water in your mouth, you have the impression that you are bathing in vinegar. We reported this, the pool cleaner came (later we realized that it was the same person who cleans the apartment, so no professional), but nothing changed. Considering that the pool was in front of the apartment, we saw many guests who came to the pool and returned. Almost no one used the pool because of this.

Lovely & large apartment with amazing views of Lakka Bay.
Also amazing huge balcony, which was a perfect breakfast spot with a views over Lakka bay.
Air con was good and there was also parking onsite, though it was just one long driveway. We were lucky there were no other drivers to block us in.
The property driveway leads out onto a main road right onto a bend with no visibility around the sharp corner. A mirror across from the entrance is definetely required as you can see a bad accident happening there one day.

The appartment has an amazing and relaxing view over Lakka's bay. It is few minutes from the town center and from Harami beach. The swimming pool is clean, quite big and not too close from our appartment (#2, the biggest). Good communication with Ioanna, both for the car rental and the private boat trip.
Some electrical switches in the appartment were not working and the bulb light in the swimming pool needs to be fixed. I recommend to put your name, appartment and phone number on your wind shield wiper as you may have to move your car if there are other hosts in the 2 other appartments (2 cars can hardly stay one next to the other).
