Very good location. Everywhere close even to boat station where you can catch ferry and go to Como city and etc. very clean house and cozy.

Very clean, spacious apartment. Silvia was friendly and responded to messages quickly.
The location is beautiful; you can drive to Como centre in 10 minutes or take the ferry at the end of the street and get there by boat in about 9 minutes. everything was nicely decorated and contained just the things you need away from home such as an open closet and some coffee cups to make yourself a cup when you arrive.
Excellent place to stay for our family of four!

Posizione buona, alloggio pulito e arredamento curato.
Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia, che funzionava male (acqua praticamente fredda), e la macchinetta del caffè era palesemente guasta. Inoltre, le coperte erano inadeguate per l'inverno. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla proprietaria (siamo rimasti una notte) che ha assicurato che avrebbe provveduto a verificare.
