Absolutely everything. They are so friendly and helpful. Brilliant breakfast on the outdoor deck/area. So close to restaurants and cafes and main shopping street of old town.
We couldn't stay longer.

Konstantinos is a wonderful host who gets in touch with you as soon as you make your reservation, organizes your transfer to the hotel the moment you arrive on the island, and welcomes you with a delicious dessert made by his lovely wife and an ouzo liqueur.
The hotel is located in the heart of Rhodes Old Town, within walking distance of all the historical sites and restaurants. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, and every single object has been carefully selected. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served every morning.
We stayed at Nikos Takis Fashion Hotel for three days and would like to thank Konstantinos very much for his wonderful hospitality.
It was a truly lovely experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The hosts/managers were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. The room we ended up in was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located next to the palace, the old town as well as the new town (Mandraki)
We didn't like the first room we were moved to because of a double booking, however our complaints were taken seriously and we were transferred to another hotel for one night. For the remainder of our stay we were upgraded. In sum, the issue was swiftly dealt with and resolved professionally.
