Very clean, big apartment in very nice location. Well connected, with your own kitchenette, perfect for a few days or longer.

Easy check-in via a code with clear instructions. The room was small, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. We stayed there for one night. It faced the street, so you could hear the cars.
Noise: absolutely no soundproofing from the neighbors. At 7:30 AM, I was woken up by the sound of someone whisking eggs for scrambled eggs in the neighboring apartment. Every word was audible, as if they were standing right next to me. For a single night, when you arrive late and leave in the morning like we did, it's okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
There is also an airport nearby, which could be heard as well.

Pretty close to city centre, modern, clean, comfortable.
Lack of parking. Shouldn’t be stated as free parking if there are three parking spots for a big building with three floors. Parking spots were never available while I was there, so we had to park on the street which costs 1,10€ per 30 mins and is limited to 180 mins. So be prepared to spend at least 20€ or more for parking and also deal with that. A pity since this was one of the main reasons for choosing this accomodation.
Moreover, while trying to communicate you mostly speak to AI. Not very good costumer service, seems like all they care is earning as much money as they can. Check-in only after 16 which seems pretty late and check-out quite early by 10.
