Absolutely unique place with no match! The game room was something we have not seen anywhere else and what we just needed as a break on our road trip. We also loved the pictures on the walls - it just hit our taste! For a short stay in Madrid with a family I would always pick the Silk Road!
Being partially on the ground floor and partially underground certainly has its disadvantages. Better ventilation in the game room would make a significant difference, but for a short stay, it was something we were able to easily cope with and enjoyed the stay very much!

Nice location, secure, clothing and dishwasher worked well. Nice area for kids.
The house was very hot. The “air conditioner” is more of a fan and only sits in the family room, so we slept on top of our beds every night and our girls drank twice as much water as typical each morning after sweating all night.
