Pogoda, i dość konkurencyjna cena, ale jie za ten standard !!!

Czytaj do końca ważne ! Parking: Dwa garaże, w każdym dwa miejsca parkingowe plus drogą dojazdowa szerokości jednego auta na której zawsze ktoś parkuje blokując wyjazd. Trzeba szukać właściciela pojazdu i prosić aby nas wypuścił... o ile rano jest to proste bo śpi, to w ciągu dnia jeśli pójdzie na plażę(a właściciele obiektu nie posiadają żadnego kontaktu do kierowców, a przynajmniej nie chcą pomóc) to jest to dość czasochłonne i mniej realne do realizacji. WiFi: Wolne maksymalnie 12Mb/s, średnio 2Mb/s. Zasięg jest tylko na tarasie przed mieszkaniem, wewnątrz zanika w odległości 3 metrów od wejścia do mieszkania(działa tylko w pierwszym pomieszczeniu, w drugim w głębi brak jakiekolwiek zasiegu, WiFi czy sieci komórkowej...) Mieszkanie: Dwa pomieszczenia plus malutka łazienka 1,6x1,8[m]. Pierwsze pomieszczenie od wejścia - aneks kuchenny z dwoma łóżkami której zajmują 80% przestrzeni, brak stołu czy krzeseł aby usiąść i zjeść(na tarasie przed mieszkaniem jest stół i 5 krzeseł), większość gniazdek elektrycznych jest niesprawna. Drugie pomieszczenie w głębi - trzy stare skrzypiące łóżka, okno z widokiem na jakąś piwnice/pomieszczenie z dziurą w suficie przez które wpada światło(dziwne i straszne) brak klimatyzacji w tym pomieszczeniu plus brak zasięgu i stan samego pomieszczenia(ściany podrapane, listwy podłogowe krzywe odchodzą od ścian, pod łóżkami brudno), w pokoju jest duszno, brak wentylacji. Kiepskie oświetlenie = ciemno. Warunki są nie do przyjęcia. Łazienka: stara, niedoczyszczona, z uszkodzonym wyposażeniem(pourywane uchwyty, brudne uszczelki w starej przecikającej kabinke prysznicowej, stare spuchnięte szafki). Klimatyzacja: jeden agregat/nawiew tylko w pierwszym pomieszczeniu, sterowanie temperaturą dwa tryby(mrożenie lub OFF). Przy wyższych temperaturach powyżej 38 w drugim pomieszczenie jest nieznośnie... Kuchnia: Jeden nóż, brak misek, brak tostera...
