This was my family’s favorite hotel during our trip around Türkiye. The staff was best part. Everyone was incredibly nice and patient. They were also very funny. The views from this hotel are beyond words.

Spectacular view
The building fit in with the Mardin architecture and used the same type of stone. Unfortunately they used the same stone for the floor of the room ( fortunately not the bathroom, which was ceramic or porcelain tile). The stone is soft and not cleanable. Thus it was disgustingly filthy. Little foam slippers were hassle. Otherwise the room was up-to-date. Room service was terrible. They would take away towels and we had to beg for new ones. I’ve had a lot of Turkish breakfasts, all good, but they managed to ruin that experience as well. Awful an a bit strange. The transfer back to the airport was a ripoff, almost 3 times a taxi. Skip the amazing view and find another hotel.
