Wir haben 8 Tage in dieser Kleinen Villa am Magic Creek verbracht.
Die kleine private Bucht war ein Traum für jeden Schnorchler! Mit den Liegen und der Privatsphäre war ein kleines traumhaftes Domzil!
Carlos der Verwalter war ein sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und hat alles super vorbereitet und sauber gemacht.
Die Einfahrt und der Parkplatz waren direkt an der Unterkunft so das eine Anreise mit Auto und viel Gepäck sehr komfortabel war.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß für französische Verhältnisse.
Besonders haben wir die Sonnenaufgänge von der schönen Ostterrasse genossen und es geliebt dort nachmittags im Schatten zu sitzen.
Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine schöne Zeit weil wir auch gerne schnorcheln.
Danke nochmal an Carlos für das herzliche Empfangen.
1450€ für 8 Nächte ist ein stolzer Preis!
Dafür war leider die Wohnung sehr lieblos und spartanisch eingerichtet.Alles auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und deshalb sollte man nicht so in die Ecken schauen.
In der Küche etwas zu kochen hieß improvisieren. Nur sehr wenige Küchenutensilien und kein einziges scharfes Messer um was zu schneiden.
Der Strandzugang ist zum Baden leider nicht geeignet. Zu viele scharfkantige Steine. Und zu flach um ohne Blessuren rauszuschwimmen.
Es ist nur mit geeigneten Schuhe und Maske möglich.
Der andere Strand war zu Fuß nur entlang der Hauptstraße T10 möglich ein lebensgefährlicher Marsch ohne Fußgängerweg bei der sehr gut befahrenden Straße!
Wo auch schon der nächste Punkt ist.
Das Schlafzimmer lag direkt hinter einer kleinen Mauer an der dieser Bundesstraße sodass man das Gefühl hatte Motorräder und LkWs oder andere Fahrzeuge fahren direkt am Bett vorbei.
Zum angegebenen Strand plage de Vardiola waren es 19 km mit dem Auto. Nicht 600 m zu Fuß!
Und da wo die Villa auf booking eingezeichnet war, stand sie leider nicht! Sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht so dicht an der Straße. Laut Booking lag die Unterkunft ganz woanders am
Meer! Und wir reden nicht von ein paar 100 Meter.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig so das man jede Aktion der Nachbarn hört.
Die Kommunikation mit David war sehr spärlich. Um eine Antwort zu erhalten musste man an mehren Tage immer mal nachfragen und warten bis über Booking irgendwas kam und das war auch nur das Nötigste.
Ein Mückengitter im Schlafzimmer bei den vielen Moskitos wäre für den Preis auch nicht schlecht.

We really liked the property’s location, about a 12-minute walk from Tarcu, where you can find several restaurants and a small convenience shop. The area also has a lovely sandy beach. The property itself offered its own seafront space reserved for guests, which felt private and special. There is a Spar and Super U for groceries in Sainte Lucie. And ATM at the post office. So bring cash as some restaurants and stores didn't accept credit cards.
On site parking was very convenient, and we appreciated the shaded terrace in the afternoons — perfect for relaxing outdoors. Inside, the main bedroom was equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t say we disliked anything, but a few small improvements could make the place even better. It would be great to have at least one sharp kitchen knife, as all of them were quite blunt — we cooked most of the time, so this would have been very useful. An extra set of towels and bedding would also be welcome for a week-long stay, to make it easier to refresh during the visit.
The private seafront area is a lovely feature, but the loungers there were not in good condition. Unfortunately, one even broke while we were using it. We raised this with the owner and left money for the damaged lounger, but it was a pity as we would have liked to spend more time at this beautiful spot. Without comfortable loungers, it wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been.

Superbe emplacement en bord de mer. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans les transats sur la crique et beaucoup apprécié la vue sur mer, depuis la terrasse de la maison au petit déjeuner. David , le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils pour les restaurants et les belles randonnées.
Nous conseillons cette location sans réserves.

Nous avons apprécié la baie privée, la vue mer de notre terrasse et le calme qui nous avons trouvé ici .
Il a été facile de trouver la villa grâce à une description claire, et des photos fléchées .
On nous a indiqué tous les commercants, à 10mn de voiture et les sites les plus intéressants à visiter les plus proches. Nous manquions de temps pour les voir tous, ce sera pour une prochaine fois .
L'arrivée autonome était un must pour nous, pas de contraintes horaires.
La maison correspondait à nos attentes et aux photos. Excellente connexion internet haut débit. Notre expérience fut très positive, à recommander .
