We had a lovely stay at the property. Excellent views which I think are pretty good value for money! As expected, there is a lot of stairs to get to the room however that is NOT A DOWNSIDE at all when you have view like that. The aircon was super cold which was excellent in the peak of Italian summer. The bathroom was seperate to the room (next door, less than 10m away) but it was lockable so we had no issue with that! All and all do recommend this place!!!
The shower drain didn’t drain properly. Had to stop mid shower (~3 mins in) to avoid the shower overflowing. Did let Lucio know about that but didn’t appear any different after being “fixed”.
The mattress was pretty thing and uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Unbeatable location. Excellent position to do many activities.
Yes, the room is small and there is no where to place your belongings. No drawers, wardrobe or anything, so you do live out of the suitcase. Perfect for 1 night not sure about any more.

Dalle foto la stanza sembra più grande e confortevole rispetto a quello che poi si è rivelata. Il letto non è un letto e secondo me in due ci si sta stretti.
