The place is nice and clean, the staff is polite and helpful, the location is good.
Big plus is the water dispenser.
In our room there was no wardrobe, nowhere to put your clothes, you keep them in your suitcase, very uncomfortable.

Great location- not far from the main streets of Ubud, the room was sooo nice and spacious, beds were comfy and bathroom was nice too !! The accomo is hidden away so from the road you can’t tell that it’s there & you need to carry your bags up the stairs to the main reception
Our door was hard to slide open and hard to lock, had to use Whatsapp to contact the staff after hours. Air con took a while to cool the room

The room was spacious with a modern design and kept quite clean by staff, large comfortable bed, good smart TV and large shower head and bathroom with a deep bath. It’s good central location in Ubud so you can walk to any restaurant, bar or even visit the royal temple close by via walking distance. Many other cool things to walk and check out.
The room had feint mouldy damp smell, seems common in Ubud due to the humid and dense area. There were also a few fungus gnats flying around and I’m not sure if they were coming from the aircon vent or drains in bathroom, the mouldy environment and aircon gave me a slight nasal/sinus discomfort which led to a small infection (I’ve got rhinitis so I am sensitive to dust and mouldy environments) luckily I did not get too sick but it was not good for my stay there I had to keep medicating. No pool facility to cool off either in the hot city center. But for the price I paid I don’t mind I guess.
