The best if locations for the right price!

Their employees are excellent!. Miguel always with smile at front desk, breakfast included, dry cleaners pick up at the premises, close to places of worship. They accommodate a meeting we had. They also have ball rooms for your parties and conference rooms. Plenty of parking which is very rare around town.

I have no complaints perhaps I want a coffee maker in my room.

Worthy of your trust

A good place. The location is great. Round the corner is Carrera 11 and pleasant restaurants and other shops. In this case, you can trust the positive reviews. This is the kind of accommodation one expects to see on Booking.com (unlike other sub-standard Airbnb-like places, especially in Colombia.

Although there was an iron and an ironing board, I couldn't find a kettle. The rest was lovely.

Modern and comfortable suite near Parque 93

Spacious, comfortable beds. Excellent location.

It’s not a welcome Apart.Suite.

It’s a great apart suite

When I booked the AS the explanation wasn’t clear so when I was in the front desk I couldn’t feel comfortable because they asked me to pay de clean very insisted so it was no welcome hotel or Apart S., also I thought that the AS could clean eventually in the days I was there, ( i usually don’t demand clean my room when I am in hotel). Anyhow i realized that I had to ask por toilet paper, garbage bags, but no one in front desk explain from the beginning, how it works. Also the elevator never work out from the parking and they lie about it. No One is going to fix this elevator but it’s normal to lie. It’s very ugly reality. Why they don’t want to fix the elevator? It’s no my first time in Windsor house, I was there in the hotel rooms that are the same as the AptSuites.and all personal have been training to say the lie about it. Also I felt most the time no well treated in order to get out from the hotel and to get in because my card never work out in order to open the door the ApartSuite; and getting out, and, in, with the car was always a difficult time. As a woman I felt that I was in a very “machista” hotel. The card to open the door the Apt., never work out, they said always excuses that I was responsible for it for many causes that only they believe; then go out and in from the parking was a difficult time from them, they never wanted to opened the parking, full of excuses that no makes sense; besides of al them, is noisy and allowed people to smoke which got to the Apt I was and on Sunday day started a work inside the place that was horrible to hear and the excuse from the reception is that they didn’t know what happened, it makes me to think that the personal services are very well training to say lies To the guesses, they can’t say excuses or let known to the guesses that they are going to make a work as an emergency that will be disturb our time there. Nothing. It’s wasn’t a good experience to be there.
