It is about 1.3km by foot from National Archaeological Museum (some stairs up,a little bit steep,but not extrem) or about 1.0 km (more stairs down, somewhat steep, used it once) down to Metrostation Dante (Metrostation Montesante is closed at this time, is in renovation).
The view from the bridge Corso Vittorio Emanuele is great (Vesuv), only 180m about 3min away: There is a bus stop there, but I went there by taxicab.
Stairs, room, shower were quite recently new renovated.
Very clean.
Very good, that there were 2 blankets for the bed (I did not use the electric powered radiator).
Washbasin/sink, small kitchen oven (electric).
I did not use the gas stove/cooker/hearth for pots/pans (compressed gas cylinder,probably propane), but it was functioning.
Smooth regulation hot/cold from the tap did not fully work.
Remote control for TV was missing, but it was not needed anyway,since I didn't watch TV.
