A great apartment in a location that we later realised was better than we first thought, with relatively easy access to the Alcazar and Cathedral but also a quite vibrant local neighbourhood just around the corner. Just do be a little wary of calling a taxi as all of the Apps seemed to treat the square as a no go zone!
All the facilities of the apartment were great, with a nice kitchen, decent bathroom and shower, lounge and TV, and separate bedroom with a curtain that could be drawn across the entry.
Access to the property was painful, see below, but once it was all figured out the fancy locks worked well – though the front door was really properly closed despite all of the pretense at security. Also, the Wi-Fi was strange with two networks of the same name working at different parts of this quite small apartment in quite different ways which meant constantly having to flip between the two networks. Modern mesh routers should solve this so I don’t understand why they have set it up this way.
Access to the property and then the apartment are all done by online app and wireless, and are controlled to the minute, meaning you don’t have access by any means until the exact minute of your expected arrival and you lose access the minute you said you might leave. This is all well and good but it’s quite confusing until you get your head around it all, and while the WhatsApp messaging does work it’s a bit slow and so we ended up standing around for 45 minutes or so. When arriving and then had to plead for earlier access than our 3 pm. Slot even though it was very clear the apartment had been ready for some time as the cleaning staff had left hours ago.
Even the little plastic key fobs were slightly temperamental leaving one waving and sliding it all over the door handle to try to get it to engage. All in all a clever technical solution that is more complicated than it needs to be.
As mentioned above, the Wi-Fi could be better, and having two networks of the same name available, I’m running at one megabyte the other one at 60, then the other way round when you move to a different room, is very odd in this day and age.
And finally, probably not an issue for any Spanish guests as they will know the system, the disposal of rubbish was very confusing and involved in the end a 200 yard walk to a bank of bins on the main road, again not made very clear in any instructions albeit I finally realised there was a link on the PDF document about the property.

Modern interior, walkable to nice restaurants
The bedroom in the second floor was quite noisy at times. Windows facing the street looked to be very thin and collect all the noise from outside. The same bedroom become very hot at night as AC was not properly working. Had an odor from bathroom.

It was in an excellent location for Santa Cruz and the historic parts of the city. The air con worked great on the extreme heat
There was a smell of damp in the room. The coffee pods supplied for the coffee machine were the wrong type. There was also only one wine glass.

The location of this apartment is excellent; it is within walking distance of most major attractions in beautiful Seville and situated in a pretty little square in old town.
The apartment is very small for 2 persons; in particular, the second bedroom is down a very steep stairs and no toilet/shower downstairs. It was quite cold in January and it was necessary to leave heating on for several hours. There are other apartments, that represent better value in city centre. The electronic key system didn't work, so had to use the code.
