I missed the tv in my room

Well kept and well managed. Good value. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Deus and Sharon. It’s quite new and the facilities are good. The TV actually works and has programs to watch, unlike so many other guest houses. WiFi works. They are working on adding food to their options which would be very nice. A couple restaurants are very close as are boda boda.
No food yet. Staff can help with any needs.

There are no catering services yet, but the overall cleanliness of the place and rooms was great.
The curtain in the rooms leave a gap that exposes the occupant to the outside. Curtain installation in LONDON room at the door can be improved for guest privacy.

I loved that what I saw in the photos is exactly what I found. My room was comfortable, the linens were perfect, and the staff were wonderful. Deus and Sharon were exceptional! Thank you, Novella, for making our stay in Arua a memorable one — I’ll surely come back.
