Lokasinya tepat sekali di pinggir pantai, sehingga bisa langsung menikmati keindahan Pantai Parangtritis. Penginapannya menyatu dengan Resto yang menyediakan berbagai jenis makanan yang enak-enak dengan harga terjangkau.

Yang kurang disukai mungkin karena tidak disediakannya kunci pintu walaupun sebenarnya aman tetapi alangkah baiknya disediakan kunci. Jadi bisa lebih merasa aman ketika keluar penginapan.
