Well appointed, nicely decorated, very clean.
Plenty of car parking at property.
Code for the gate being on the passenger side made things awkward, but there’s a very limited amount that the property owners could do about that.

The location was great for us , we live in the area and are in the process of moving house. Great safe parking with lifting barrier. In walking distance to petrol station with shop. Tool hire, and Greggs.
As we will probably use again there’s nothing to fault the property . Everything was good .

The location was not central to anything and no direct bus routes or metro into the city, we did know this prior to booking but we would recommend people that stay at Parsons House plan to use the car
The property had minimal amenities around it within walking distance.
There was not enough cutlery, the folder stated what was in the property, including amount of plates cutlery etc, this was not accurate, it stated complementary water this was not in the property.
The flat was not the cleanest, the drawers and cupboards, glasses were not clean. The dishwasher did not work effectively, not cleaning the dishes and leaving a large amount of dirty water in the bottom. There were a few stains on the bedding and throw. The bed legs in the middle of both beds had been pushed to an angle making the beds unstable, we moved these into the correct position during our stay which we should not have to do.
A little disappointing.
