Excellent location, would rent out the apartment again but would prefer if the above is seen too!

The location was fantastic, the beds where very comfortable and the apartment is good. The sofa bed was also great as sometimes sofa beds aren't comfortable but this was great! Would return but I do expect that the below is seen too. It would have been great to have two pairs of keys as we were five and we had a problem with the keys.

We arrived late as we had a delay and got mixed up from where we had to pick up the keys. I called but no reply from the tenants, true it was midnight but still not acceptable. There wasn't enough toilet paper, no shower gel to last us for our stay only for one shower, no cutlery available we couldn't even do a cup of coffee, plus an extra large towel wouldn't have broken the bank!!! The shower needs to be seen too as well. There was a very bad smell when we arrived and we had to figure it out ourselves from where the smell was coming from!! We paid good money but I do expect that the items where there. Some tiny details that would have given our stay more pleasant!!!!

Strongly not recommended for business trips!

The location was good. We appreciated two separated bedrooms each with bathroom. The kitchen was equiped except for the tablets for the dishwasher.

The accommodation company is simply terrible! We strongly advise against using this place for business trips! It will cost you a lot of time and energy to get someone to issue you an invoice, and that's only after you contact Booking. Booking reminded them of the terms and conditions that they are obliged to issue an invoice for the full amount we paid for the accommodation, including Booking's commission and city tax. However, this did not happend!!! I received an invoice for a completely different, lower amount, which no one at work will accept. Also, they wanted us to make online check-in and they wanted us to scan them ID cards, which we found unacceptable. They have right to write down the details from ID and send it to the police office, but not to scan them. The way of pushing us into sending scans was quite aggressive, no dialogue, only sending the same message with the link and then offer they will come in person, but we have to pay for it (which was nowhere stated before). When you do the online check-in and pay for the city tax (without any confirmation of payment, which I need for my business trip) you finally get instructions where to get the keys. Only 1 keys for more people is unacceptable. The neighbor complained that we did not lock the gate, which was impossible with 1 keys when we split and somebody stayed sleeping in the flat, others left without keys and had no chance to lock or get back home. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable. My back could feel the spring. There was not enough shower gel. And there were no tablets/washing powder for the diswasher and washing maschine.

I recommend this location ,it has everything you need.

everything was just fine,the rooms are very clean,very nice and cozy rooms in the center of Torino.It has two double rooms with every thing you need inside.It is just like in the pictures,everything in new inside.

Posizione perfetta in palazzo d'epoca, tutto a portata di mano. Ottime dimensioni delle due camere/bagni con due grandi docce. Letti molto comodi. Consiglio per la visita della città il periodo dal 10 al 23 agosto con ZTL e parcheggi FREE.
