Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig konzipiert, gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet und vor allem schön dekoriert. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr gross insbesondere die Dusche. Balkon mit Wäscheständer ist prima. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Einkauf, Restaurants und der Strand sind mit 5 Minuten nicht weit entfernt.
Man hört es gut, wenn die Nachbarin ihre Telenovela schaut. Am Abend und in der Nacht ist es dann aber ruhig.

The place was very clean and well organized. Parking was nearby and owner was very responsive. Most things were included like coffee and a small bar fridge. Although this is similar to a hotel room and there is just one big bedroom. It is very close to the beaches, but you need a car or taxi to get to town. We liked that they cleaned the room and brought fresh towels.
It was in a completely residential area with almost nothing around it unless you walked 10 minutes to a main route. No grocery stores, or restaurants, coffee shops close by. They included breakfast, but you have to walk 10-12 mins down the road to a bar that gives you a croissant and a coffee. So, very basic.
We did not like that old Gaeta and the new town are far away and require a taxi or car. As well, the beaches and beach clubs near this B&B were a little more on the crowded side.
In regards to the B&B, the rooms were clean, but this is a very basic hotel room with very little features. Not a real B&B. There were also problems with the shower leaking on the floor and flooding the bathroom. The faucets also were coming apart and the air conditioner makes noises. The people above this unit and the other B&B units were very noisy and would come home very late and wake us up as the walls are apparent thin and we all share an entrance. The beds were very hard, especially the second bed for the kids which was terrible.
