While the staff helped us resolve a check-in issue, the stay ultimately fell short of expectations

We stayed here for one night as a family of five. While the location in Milan is central, we felt the accommodation did not quite match the high price we paid, and several things could be improved. Check-in: We had some trouble entering our last name at the gate, but after calling the team, they sent a confirmation and solved it quickly. Room Setup & Maintenance: For five people, the setup was quite basic with one bed and two sofa beds. We noticed a few maintenance issues, such as broken light switches, fragile doors, and very few kitchen utensils. Cooling & Comfort: There was no air conditioning, and the two fans provided had broken rotation mechanisms, so they only blew air in one direction. Noise and Light: Because the room is close to a busy street, it was quite noisy at night. It would also highly benefit from blackout curtains, as the streetlights kept the room very bright during the night, making it hard to sleep. City Tax Payment: We wanted to pay the city tax, but the card option provided didn't work. Since we only have iDEAL and PayPal, we reached out via phone and WhatsApp to find an alternative way to pay, but we haven't received a response yet. We would appreciate it if the management could get back to us to resolve this.

Struttura posizionata in centro a Milano, posizione molto comoda, peccato che mancano alcune cose essenziali a mio parere, sono stati genili nel fornire una stufa elettrica per riscaldare la stanza

Mancanza di Acqua, Caffe e cose base per permettere il condimento di alimenti, peccato per la stanza che e fredda sia sopra sia sotto, pressione acqua inesistente

Ambiente accogliente e ben sfruttato in ogni angolo. Mi sono sentita a mio agio e mi sono rilassata per l’atmosfera creata anche con luci e arredamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo/ posizione

L’unica pecca sono le finestre che lasciano entrare veramente tanto rumore, non colpa del l’host perché purtroppo credo che sia vincolato con le regole condoniali
