We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and felt very safe. It was well equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge, coffee machine, kitchen essentials and bathroom amenities, all of good quality. We appreciated the attention to detail and the convenience of having everything readily available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
The key collection process could be made a little more straightforward. Communication via WhatsApp was very convenient, although some of the messages felt automated and the responses weren’t always tailored to our specific questions or needs.
The main downside was the lack of soundproofing. The walls are extremely thin, and we could hear even the smallest noises from the neighbouring apartment, including something as simple as plugging a device into a socket.
These are areas that could be improved, but they didn’t take away from our overall positive experience

Frábær íbúð, hrein og á besta stað. Kaffivél og ísskápur og dúnmjúkir sloppar. Einnig þokkalega hljóðlát miðað við miðbæ.

Great location, convenient and lovely apartment for a short stay.
The continuous trams which impacted a quiet nights sleep. Perhaps some extra glazing would block out the noise.

At the time of stay, there was heavy construction for tram rail all along the road in front.
If all my other stays in Europe, Italian cities charge an extra tax that is not mentioned until after booking.
