The location was ideal due to how central it was - there's a supermarket 5 minutes away in the shopping centre, plenty of bus stops nearby, restaurants, etc. It also had a great view of the Santa Catarina park and the harbour. Despite being so central I didn't find it loud at all.
I also appreciated the different facilities available - for a week long stay, a washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine were very useful!
One of the curtains was a bit tricky to use - it looks like it was maybe broken previously and not properly fixed?

Acesso ao apt e garagem. Ideal para jovens, mas para família com crianças e muitas malas, pode ser complicado.

Sehr zentrale Lage
Eingang schwer zu finden. Kommunikation mit dem Host war eher schlecht. Wir wurden sehr spät über den Check in (Nachricht kam als wir im Flugzeug waren) und Check out (Nachricht kam in der Nacht vor Abreise) informiert.
