Location is okay but the stay was full of inconveniences throughout.

The place was clean and its location near the airport was convenient. We honestly would have been able to overlook some issues, but the number of inconveniences throughout the stay made the experience overall disappointing.

The experience was very disappointing. We had been trying to contact the property around 10 days before our stay regarding parking and other concerns, but they only replied on the actual day of check-in. The number listed on Booking.com was unresponsive, and we were later given another number to contact on the day of the stay. We booked for 4pax, but the unit was only prepared for 2. There were not enough towels, toiletries, or blankets provided for everyone staying. When we raised the concern, the only extra items available were towels stored in a cabinet. There were still no additional blankets or toiletries provided for the other 2 guests. The room itself was also too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people, despite being advertised as suitable for that number of guests. The internet also went down around 3AM and only came back close to 9AM. During that time, we couldn’t reach anyone through the contact numbers provided. Mind you, the listing indicated the following: 1 parking spot, early check-in, late check-in, late check-out, and high-speed internet. We were charged PHP 500 for parking upon arrival. There were inconsistencies between what was listed and what was actually provided during the stay, particularly regarding the number of guests the unit was prepared for and the responsiveness of communication. We have been trying to contact them via mobile for clarification regarding our stay prior to arrival, but there was no response until the day of check-in, which led to miscommunication and unresolved concerns. We understand they are running a business, but none of our concerns were unreasonable given that they were based on the booking details. We raised our concerns during the stay, but the responses felt dismissive and unhelpful. While the property hosts may have intended to be accommodating, we were still the ones who ended up having to deal with the inconvenience throughout the stay.

Ok for 1 night

Good location close to the airport. Bed comfortable. Good WiFi.

Issues checking in: security had no name and I had to argue to let my taxi in to drop me off. Instructions came too late, I was dropped at a different building. No power sockets near the bed to charge my phone.
