Lots of space; Nice location at walking distance from the center, just off a busy road but nice and quiet. Cozy neighborhood with lots of trees, mostly low rise and free standing houses; We could park in front of the house.
The room -a former shop? - has full size windows, ground floor, street side. Unless you are comfortable leaving the front door open, the airco is the only chance for ventilation.
Bathroom situation is not comfy, the sink unusable because of the connection between tap and shower head.
The person bringing the key couldn’t care less, almost ran back out, while -at our request about the internet- pointing at a bundle of wires in the corner answering something along the lines of: it’s all on there, not sure if it’ll work. It surely did not.
