Super freundliches Personal.

The personnel was outstanding, especially Edilene is truly an outstanding person. Everybody was nice and friendly, however sometimes the housekeeper was a bit too fast and hence, things remained half-done.
Generally this is not up to Barcelo standards, given it is actually only "managed by" and a very old hotel.
In my opinion, this should be mentioned, and transparently stated.
Food was as to be expected from an all inclusive club.
