Absolute Top-Lage - unmittelbar an die Wohnung grenzt die Obernstraße, Bielefelds beste Einkaufsstraße mitsamt Alten Markt mit Top-Geschäften und -Restaurants. Parkhaus Welle ist 30m entfernt, wir konnten frühmorgens und abends auch direkt ans Haus zum Aus- und Einladen ranfahren. Einkauf im Supermarkt an der Obernstraße möglich, Lamm und Deppe (Top-Kaffeerösterei) 3 Min. Fußmarsch weg, Rossmann ist 5 Min. Fußmarsch entfernt, zudem jede Menge Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten Fußweg. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich (Geschirrspülmaschine fehlt leider), sehr sauber.
Schlafsofa ist etwas hart zum Schlafen. Nachbarin hat uns wg. angeblichen Türknallens angesprochen (was nicht stimmte), ist anscheinend auf Booking-Gäste nicht so gut zu sprechen (m.E. oft Thema bei AirBnB/Booking-Wohnungen in Mehrfamilienhäusern).

Location: 10/10. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber ruhig, ein kleiner Supermarkt 50 m entfernt, alle Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Tiefgarage „Welle“ 50m entfernt (15€/Tag). Bestlage! Internet: 10/10. schneller als mein Glasfaser zu Hause. Bett: 10/10 ein superbequemes großes Bixspring Küche: 7/10. ohne Geschirrspüler, ohne Mikrowelle, zwei Kochplatten. Sonst vollständig und funktional. Bad: 8/10. etwas älter im 80er Jahre design. Dusche. Waschbecken. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sehr sauber und funktional. Balkon: eine schöne Sundowner Loggia
