La atención inmejorable! Todo el personal con una excelente actitud y listos para servir.
No tiene mucha privacidad, las ventanas son transparentes y en la habitación que nos tocó, la suite es sitio de paso para todas las demás y queda frente al restaurantes, todas las personas podían vernos y eso sacrifica la vista porque tuvimos que estar todo el tiempo con las personas abajo. Además se escuchaba siempre la música del bar que aunque no era alta interfería con lo que queríamos ver y escuchar. En la noche llovió y se nos inundó el baño!

Excelente atención en el restaurante, es el punto fuerte del hotel.
Faltó comunicar mejor las condiciones para la limpieza de la habitación, había que solicitarla, pensamos que era algo programado, pero por políticas internas había que solicitarla, situación que no se comunicó con claridad.
