We loved everything about this property. Stayed here June of 2026. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything advertised in the listing. Mini-split A/Cs in nearly every room, pretty good view of the volcano. Loved the small, private pool and we enjoyed the trails all over the property that you can walk and see a little bit of nature. Check-in process was super simple, communication with host was good, and we really had no issues with anything. We had a small issue with our sliding door handle and the staff fixed it immediately. We always felt secure inside the gated community and at the villa. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone going to the area. There is a really good pizza place just a mile or two up the road back towards La Fortuna right beside the little supermarket called La Pizzeria de Sari (we got 3 pizzas from him while there, super nice guy) and another good little soda just a mile or 2 the other direction on the side of the road called Sabores Eli.

Kaluma Villas was beyond our expectations. We were able to check in early and very easily. All instructions from the host were clear and easy. The volcano views from the pool are amazing. Everything was absolutely clean and we had any appliance needed to make meals, easily getting food from the local markets. We look forward to returning with friends and family! Highly recommend this fabulous resort.

From the time we booked the Villa to the moment we left as our vacation came to an end, it was PERFECTION. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean, the A/C worked very well in all areas of the villa. It is very well manicured, great signage. The host is very communicative. We appreciated the complimentary two bottles of water and two beers in the fridge! We loved the touch of costa rican coffee, olive oil and simple spices! We cannot wait to book this again for a much longer stay! Truly amazing !! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at these beautiful villas. The location is amazing because the property is in a quiet fruit orchard away from the busy main town. The views out the windows are spectacular in every direction. It is a gated area, so our family of four felt very safe. Inside, the villa was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was also great, with lots of coffee, salt, sugar, an amazing huge fridge freezer with an icemaker, and lots of tools for cooking.
The air conditioning worked very well, keeping us cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having our own private pool right in front of the villa. Our host was wonderful and always replied very quickly with clear messages.
We had a very relaxing stay and highly recommend this property to others.
