The Marsalis Guest House boasts grand 11’ ceilings, intricate crown molding, and thoughtful design elements, including a chandelier-lit bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private gallery-style porch, along with a private living area and queen sleeper sofa. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, offering ample space for families or groups.
The luxurious bathroom includes a Jacuzzi-style tub under a sparkling chandelier for ultimate relaxation. A compact kitchen provides convenience for quick meals or morning coffee. Step outside to enjoy the serene shared patio or take in the ambiance of your private porch. With a location just minutes from iconic attractions like Jackson Square and Armstrong Park, the Marsalis Guest House is a sophisticated retreat where history and modern comfort meet.
Guests also enjoy shared access to The Commons kitchen and lobby. Please note that The Commons is currently undergoing construction as it transitions into a lobby bar, with an anticipated opening in fall 2026; access to this shared space will be limited until the transition is complete.

This place is fantastic! Within easy walk to Bourbon St- next to beautiful park,where you can rent city bikes. Very clean, super comfy beds. Kyle was an amazing host! Like staying at a friends house!Would Definetly come back

This is amazing place ! Close to everything ! We could walk to the French Quartet. It was very cleqn and cute. It has a gated entrance. Very safe and secure. We definitely would stay there again. The host was on site and answered any and all questions

This location was an AMAZING stay. The host was very communicative, instructions were very clear, and the location was perfect for any tourist. The site was very unique, offering beautiful artwork, aesthetic vibes, and a quaint little community if you have a big group. 10/10 would recommend booking this location!
