The hotel was charming and centrally located. It was easy to walk to a coffee shop, small grocery, the river. We walked the two miles to JAZZFEST, and it was easy.

We had a nice time during our visit. We stayed up on the top floor. The room was amazing. Great view of Bourbon Street although the window doesn't open.
It's a very convenient location right on Bourbon Street.the parking was a nice luxury.if we had any complaints,it would be the wait for hit water to reach the top floor..
