Room service wasn’t attentive and didn’t make the room the 3 nights I stayed. However, the staff was very kind. This place is gorgeous and for being 300 years old is wonderfully maintained

A/C would not cool the room down. Got comfortable by midnight but got up to 79 degrees during the day. Also could not provide me parking and that ended costing me 350.00 for 2 nights.
