Beautiful, clean room with an easy check-in/check-out process. The cocktail bar was warm and inviting with friendly and helpful staff. A great and convenient spot to stay if you are planning to ski at Okemo Mountain.

So, this is one of those places where there was no staff there. They send you a door code, etc. I guess there are people there Th-Sunday. But the place was clean, and though I didn't take advantage of the coffee room or bar, it was quiet with all the electronic age goodies one needs. Nice bath products, too.
Note to those reserving on Hotels.com: they don't get your phone number so they can't send your door code to you via SMS. There is a slight delay but the required details will be sent via email.
Also, they were helpful when I called and left a message about the door code. Jason called me within 5 minutes of leaving my message. All in all a good place.
Finally, there are 6 ev chargers there, too.
