In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Dordogne river beaches, ideal for swimming and canoe departures, as well as the greenway cycling path connecting Souillac to Sarlat-la-Canéda.
The house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests and features a private entrance. Upstairs, the open kitchen leads into the living room and three air-conditioned bedrooms. Enjoy your own terrace overlooking the pool, with a complete outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and plancha. The private, secure pool is perfect for relaxing in total peace. The ground floor is completely private and unoccupied, ensuring your privacy.
Just 5 minutes' walk away in Saint-Julien-de-Lampon, you'll find all amenities: butcher, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, and bar-restaurant. We remain discreet but available to answer any requests during your stay.
