This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything looks new from the floors to the washer/dryer and kitchen area. The hot water was actually hot and didn’t run out with 2 showers running simultaneously. The 3 bedrooms were exactly as advertised, and so were the 2 bathrooms. The hosts responded quickly and kindly to all questions. The hosts set out towels and toothbrushes; there was laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trashbags etc -all handy. The thermostat was set to a reasonable temperature and was adjustable to a pleasant indoor temp. It really is a 5 minute walk to the Metro, and then you can go anywhere in DC. The bus line to Silver Spring is also close and it is easy to get to food and shopping. This was a wonderful place, worth the value paid. Hope to stay there again.

Place was exactly as described. Very nice and modern. Extremely close to the metro stop. Free off street parking in the driveway. Would definitely stay here again. Be aware that it’s close to the interstate so you can hear the traffic but we played white noise in the bedrooms for sleeping and it did not wake us up.

The space was very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy access to metro as others have stated. The basement area and backyard were locked out. It seems someone was staying in the basement late at night, as we were awoken each night to movement downstairs. It was a little unsettling as there is no mention of sharing the house with others. When I asked about this, I received someone else’s booking confirmation. This is the main reason for our 3 star rating. Also, there is no instruction on checkout procedures posted anywhere.
