Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each)
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Amenities pass is $100 to utilize the communal pool
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.
Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
Available upon request for $40 each, plus tax:
* Pack 'n Play
* High Chair
* Air Mattress
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Great view of beach to watch the sun rise. Perfect location. House equipped with everything needed, including beach towels. Comfortable mattress for good night sleep. Loved everything about this property except livingroom couch and chair needs replacing. Property and house very clean. Fenced in area for dogs was nice and neighborhood is safe. Storm shades were a nice addition to close and black out a room for sleeping in late. Very nice property.

We loved the location — truly wonderful. The property was very clean, had a comfortable layout, and offered plenty of parking. Beach access was excellent and made our stay very convenient.There were a few areas that could use attention. The kitchen was understocked, with only a handful of forks, spoons, and knives, and it lacked basics like measuring cups and storage containers for leftovers. There were also no towels provided for the master bathroom. The living room furniture is showing significant wear, particularly the sofa and the chair, which may be due for replacement.The biggest concern was the presence of very small insects, likely ants, in the kitchen and bathrooms. This made food preparation challenging and was difficult to manage during our stay.Overall, the home has great potential with its location and layout, and addressing these issues would make it an even better experience for future guests
