The property was in a great location for our needs
The lounge could be a bit more comfortable but that is about it

The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping locations, the property provided most items required for daily living and was clean.
The owner let himself into the apartment the day before I was due to depart, whilst he apologized it did unsettle me that day/night. The property just needs a few small maintenance items address bathroom sink (basin trap) bath and shower area (sealing), kitchen rangehood filters (clean)

It was very clean and tidy, definitely recommend staying there and will definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment close to the middle of werribee.
Blown light globe in bathroom. Headboard in 2nd bedroom was chip board and cheap. Air-conditioner was extremely dusty and blew dust all through the apartment. Cookware was stained and my wife didn't use any.
