We had a wonderful stay at Veha Villa. At the beginning of our stay, the villa owner, Joy, contacted me and then introduced me to Namtan, the villa manager, who handled our arrangements throughout the stay. As Joy mainly communicates in French, there were some communication difficulties at the beginning, but once we were connected with Namtan, everything became much smoother as we could communicate clearly in English.
Namtan was extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She did her best to fulfil all of our requests and was always available to assist whenever we needed anything.
Namtan also helped us arrange several activities and services during our stay, including an ATV trip, a private boat trip, and an in-villa massage. She was very helpful in coordinating everything for us and made the arrangements very convenient.
A few things that future guests may want to be aware of:
1) the water pressure can become quite low if several guests are showering at the same time, especially when the villa is fully occupied.
2) There was also no BBQ equipment available, which was a little disappointing as we were hoping to have a BBQ during our stay.
3) The road leading to the villa has quite a steep slope
4) We would also recommend future guests to be extra careful with the ATV activity in Koh Samui. Unfortunately, one of our guests was injured during the ATV ride, so we would strongly suggest making sure everyone is comfortable with the route and riding conditions and taking extra precautions.
