Super location overlooking harbour , bay and town. Lovely apartment, well decorated, clean and prepared, with excellent facilities. Roomy enough for the two of us plus the dog.
Two things that are outside of the control of the owner but for anyone renting to be aware of: 1. There is a Seagull nursery outside the front windows of the apartment that I guess is common in seaside towns, but the noise is continuous and required earplugs as it was too hot to entirely close the windows to shut-out the screeching at night. 2. a more serious challenge is the narrow streets approaching the property and the tight parking bay. Access and parking is really only suitable for small cars, with very little margin for error, as I discovered with a medium sized car and from conversations with neighbours and locals about the number of scrapes on concrete walls and kerbs.

We loved the views, the flat was great it had everything, stylish but very comfortable and the electric log burner was great.
We found the steep hill to the flat daunting for my husband who needs a stick, but he managed it a few times. It was a bit scary parking after a long drive, steep hill and small parking place but worth it for the views. The kind cleaner helped me reverse out at the end of the stay.

Modern und luxuriös eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht von Looe, mit ( sehr) kleinem Privatparkplatz ( nicht die Norm in Looe). Unterkunft ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Zufahrt ist sehr eng und steil, mit einem Kleinwagen mit etwas Übung befahrbar. Anleitungen für alle Hausgeräte und Informationen vom Vermieter sind in einer Mappe im Haus zu finden. Schlüsselübergabe hat per Schlüsselkasten problemlos geklappt. Bei Anfahrt mit Navigation unbedingt nur Looe (Zentrum) eingeben, dann der per Email erhaltenen Anfahrtsbeschreibung folgen, sonst wird man in extrem enge Straßen geleitet. Viele Ausflüge und Besichtigungen sind in der Nähe möglich ( haben sogar Tagesausflug nach Stonehenge gemacht). Sehr schöne Wohnung. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
